COURSE OVERVIEW:
This course is designed to enable participants
to prepare for the pressure of media attention in a crisis situation
and to make use of some simple rules to present their case in a
professional, positive and realistic fashion. Emphasis is placed
on the fact that the poor handling of a crisis can often have a
worse effect than the crisis itself, whilst correct handling can
boost the perception of the company and serve to reassure those
affected by the incident.

This course involves accurate crisis scenarios
to which the participants are trained to react in a calm and professional
manner. CCTV and recording are used extensively and participants
have excellent opportunities to practice and to receive expert feedback
